LiftMaster is the most common opener in DFW garages and the pro version of Chamberlain — so parts and fixes are familiar to us. Whether yours won't close, won't connect to myQ, the Security+ remote quit, or the battery backup is beeping, we diagnose it on the spot and fix most issues the same day. Free estimate, honest advice. Call (940) 644-4376.
Most LiftMaster calls come down to a handful of issues — here's what we see and how we fix it.
The safety photo-eyes are misaligned, dirty, or sun-blinded — the blinking opener light is telling you so. We realign and clean the sensors and confirm a reliable close.
LiftMaster's myQ Wi-Fi drops are usually weak garage signal or a 2.4GHz setup step. We get myQ paired and make sure the signal in the garage holds so it stays online.
We program LiftMaster Security+ and Security+ 2.0 remotes and wireless keypads, and fix the 'learn button' pairing — including yellow vs purple/orange learn buttons on different model years.
A worn gear-and-sprocket (chain models) or a loose belt makes a LiftMaster grind or slip. We replace the gear kit or re-tension the drive so it pulls smoothly again.
Newer LiftMaster models have a battery backup that chirps when the battery is dead. We test and replace it so the door still works in an outage — and the beeping stops.
Dead board, blown fuse, tripped outlet, or failed wall control — we trace the real cause instead of condemning the whole opener, and we service jackshaft (wall-mount) models too.
That blink is the safety-sensor signal: the photo-eyes are misaligned, dirty, or catching direct sun. We realign and clean them and confirm a reliable close — usually a quick fix.
It's the 'learn button' sequence, but the button color and steps vary by model year. We can program remotes, keypads, and in-car HomeLink in minutes, or set up a universal remote if yours is discontinued.
Newer LiftMaster units beep when the backup battery is failing. We test and replace the battery so the door keeps working during a power outage and the chirping stops.
Usually repairing — sensors, remotes, gears, boards, and batteries are all serviceable, and LiftMaster parts are widely available. If the unit is very old we'll show you the cost of a newer quiet model so you can compare.
Won't close, won't connect, remote dead, or beeping — we service every LiftMaster model same-day. Free estimate.
